What is the cost to us?
There is no additional cost to your facility.
 
What equipment will we need?
If you have a computer with internet access then you need nothing more than that! We’ve provided all the rest.
 
How do we get started?
Each site will need to provide a list of users to us. We will set up the accounts and issue passwords.
 
What new responsibilities will this place on my staff?
Currently your staff has to write out all requests and logs or other records for tracking. With this service, you will simply enter the request on-line instead and wait for us to do the rest.
 
How do we get help if we have questions?
We are available by phone, email and online live support from 7:00am until 5:00pm EST. In addition, we have an emergency line for after hours or weekends.
 
If our site is still using plain film, do we get to use the web application?
YES! You will still use the web application in the same manner as those sites that are already operating with digital equipment.
 
Can we have Radiology Services Online digitize and store our old films to free up space in our file room?
Yes. There is a one-time fee for the archiving of old images and patient record creation, but it can be done.
